Arbitrate/Mediate Your Matter

How does this work?

You can have Mr. Radoff arbitrate or mediate your matter. Mr. Radoff is a former Superior, Municipal and Small Claims Court Certified Judge Pro Tem and currently is an appointed Superior Court arbitrator/mediator who has heard, arbitrated or mediated over 750 matters in his 32 years of practice.

Mr. Radoff's minimum arbitration/mediation fee is $150 with each side paying $75. This fee applies to small claims matters. For information about the fees for your matter please call Mr. Radoff's office.

You save money, time and stress. No court appearances. No process servers. No wasted travel or waiting time and best of all, no attorney fees.

Arbitration/mediations can be conducted on or offline, at your location or our office..

Your choice.........resolve your matter by phone, in my office or I will travel to your designated place for the hearing. Neutral assistance can be provided to both parties for a fee by agreement so that you are prepared for "your day in court". All matters heard by written agreement or stipulation between the parties. The final judgment or award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. To be effective each party may waive their rights to appeal my award or judgment.

Phone consultation is provided to both parties on a three-way phone call on a prepaid call basis. Minimum consultation fee by prepaid three-way phone is $75, each party paying $37.50 in advance or at the time of the call. Credit/bank cards and checks accepted.

How do I get started?

Each party calls my office, pays their share of the fees (minimum $75.00 each) and provides my staff with all necessary information. We handle everything from that point on. You will be contacted by my staff through your choice of email, phone or snail mail with all further details. Both parties will be required to sign a stipulation allowing me to act as your judge in this matter. Both parties must agree to have my decision binding or non-binding. Once both sides have signed the stipulation, and it has been submitted to my office, all future communication between my office and the parties must be by three way phone calls in order to avoid any possible prejudice or prejudicial appearance. All such phone communications must be prepaid by the parties.

Call the party you desire to sue and get them to agree to allow me to arbitrate your matter. If they have questions have them call my office.

It is just that simple!
