  6. Get information what the other party might do and how that will effect your rights to his pension.
  7. Learn how remarriage may effect your rights to pension benefits.
  8. Attorney or expert must prepare a Q.D.R.O. for court approval.
  9. Make sure final pension plans and court orders are served on proper parties.
  10. Make sure the court order clearly says what amounts you will be paid or have to pay.
