We offer same-day California incorporation and name availability services. If you provide my office with your corporation request we can draft and submit your articles of incorporation for filing the same day. For same-day services requests must be made early on the day requested.

Order one of our California incorporation kits we offer ($148 to $189) and filed articles, although there is an additional charge, they can be returned to you with your corporate kit supplies. We offer a variety of types, styles and colors of incorporate kits.

Corporate data from the California Secretary of State's files are now just a telephone call away. Secure your corporate name for up to 60 days.

We can provide you with corporate status usually within hours of you contacting our offices.

We can also provide you with an official certificate of good standing for any California corporation.

If you need an attorney to litigate a matter we offer attorneys statewide whom have been pre-screened by Mr. Radoff. A $150 fee is charged to pre-screen your attorney.
