Remember.....good credit is one of your most important and valuable assets.
My office will assist you in attempting to
repair your credit. Be aware that there is a
great deal of consumer fraud arising from promises made by companies who
claim they can repair anyone's credit. That is just false! The truth is
that credit repair takes time and is not always successful. Unlike those
fraudulent company's claiming to be able to repair anyone's credit, I make
no guarantees on the outcome of our efforts. However, as your attorney
with over 32 years of experience, I make every effort to assist you in
making sure your credit reports are accurate.
After our first telephone discussion, for
which I charge $39.95 placed on any bank or credit card, my services usually
begin with the sending of a "Lawyer's
Letter". My fee for a customized letter is just $49.95 per
letter sent to the creditor or credit reporting agency or agencies. Most
credit repair efforts require my follow-up services starting at $99
involving a series of letters and phone calls.
If the "Lawyer's
Letter" and follow-up procedures do not succeed in accurately
representing your true credit status with the creditor or credit reporting
agencies, then a more extensive campaign must be conducted to correct your
information listed. My minimum fees for this more extensive credit
repairing effort starts at $350.
