get back to you in about 24 to 48 hours with one or more selections. He
accepts payment by credit/bankcards, money orders or checks. For fast
service, please use your credit or bankcard. If you have specific
questions or needs please let me know in advance so that Mr. Radoff may
include them in his screening process.
This service is completed when Mr. Radoff has provided you with one or
more attorneys which have been pre-screened to match your needs. If you,
for any reason, do not like the attorney or attorneys Mr. Radoff has
pre- screened, he shall have no obligation to supply any additional
attorneys. In other words his efforts to obtain an attorney for you are
not unlimited. However, if you need more help Mr. Radoff shall continue
to assist you for a small additional fee.
Mr. Radoff makes no representations that
the attorney or attorneys he suggests are the only attorneys available
to perform the services you need. All he represents is that he shall use
his skills to question any of the attorneys he recommends in an attempt
to match your needs.
